General
- The course schedule will be sent by the training planners to your personal e-mail a week ahead of course start.
- For those of you training out of base, information about hotel and flights will be sent along with the schedule.
- You will also receive a link and logon information to a Computer Based Training (CBT) that must be completed prior to your course start.
- The CBT includes logon information to all relevant systems you need access to before, during and after the completion of your course.
Before the Course
The first 14 days of course you will have access to all the technical CBTs. These CBTs must be completed prior to first day of ground instruction.
Before the course you are also required to upload documentation to our electronic filing system (E-file). Information about E-file is given in the upcoming CBT.
Please make sure you have the documents listed below available at least 1 week prior to course start.
Required documents are:
- Passport
- Valid EASA licence
- Valid medical class 1
- English Proficiency
- Logbook (last 3 pages)
- Personal data form (link below)
- Historic hours (link below)
- MCC course/credit diploma
- Wet drill diploma
- VISA if applicable
During the Course
- Please remember to bring your Passport/Identity card for registration at all training facilities. You will not be granted access if you do not have your passport/Identity card with you.
- Please bring pen and paper. If possible, bring an electronic device like a laptop or tablet.
- The course material is all online, how to access the material is described in the CBT. You must make sure you have access to systems and material before you start your course.
- Please make sure to be on time for training and be prepared.
- Dress code during the course is business casual.
Important during and after the course
Remember to always keep your training folders with you!
It's important that your Syllabus is signed off by the ATO responsible.
Please remember to collect the signature of all instructors in your folder during ground school training. When completed, scan and send it to:
